Hi, I’m Jenny
I work in a relational way, which means I am led by you and your needs in the session. I integrate theories to best support you in the changes you are seeking.
These changes may be around something that has happened in the past, or current relationship issues.
I have experience working with both a brief focal model and long term.
What can you expect?

A space for you to be heard.
Therapy can be a space for you to explore your past or your current relationships. It can be a place where you explore your frustrations and your hopes, anger or sadness, things that nourish you and things that drain you.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, sexual and gender identity, trauma, sexual violence, complex trauma, relationship difficulties and abuse. I have a special interest in working with people with relational trauma, ADHD, Autism, AuDHD and those questioning pursuing a diagnosis.
Clinical supervision
I believe that supervision needs to be a space that holds the boundary between being therapeutic and therapy, where supervisees are able to bring and explore what is relevant to their work. Supervision is a space for reflection and development, whether this is regarding individual clients, personal or profession development, or any current or historical situations that may be impacting client work.
My approach is grounded in humanistic principles, respecting the importance of the myriad of relationships involved in the supervisory relationship, with self, client, supervisor, and the wider contexts of organisational, contractual, social and cultural aspects of the work.
I have completed the taught element of level 7 supervision training, and I currently completing my clinical obligations and written submission.
